About Our Organization

Our History
Our agency began in 1973, and since then we have helped thousands of victims in Chester County with immediate and continued help.
The Crime Victims’ Center of Chester County, Inc. (CVC) is a private, community-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) comprehensive victim services agency. CVC is the designated provider of services to sexual violence victims for Chester County, however we serve victims of all types of crime including domestic violence.
CVC is committed to helping victims understand their rights and advocating, when necessary, to ensure that these rights are met. Our agency does not require you to report your victimization to Law Enforcement, however if you decide reporting is the best option for you, CVC will support you every step of the way. Family members, loved ones and witnesses are also eligible for our services.
